The state legislative panel looking at medical marijuana laws met this morning. The committee discussed employee protections for those who use medical marijuana, as well as potential ways drug testing policies could impact workers. The group is talking over ways to fine tune state laws to make them work best for all involved.

As for gas prices for the holiday travel season, because surveys indicate more people plan to cut back on their travel budget, Redman says budget from $3 to $3.25 a gallon for gas through New Years.
