New Orleans Police are investigating four separate shooting incidents last night that left five people dead within just a five-hour span. Acting Police Superintendent Michelle Woodfork told media (quote) “these senseless acts of violence are disheartening and will not be tolerated.” The Crescent City has had more than 80 homicides so far this year.
