An Iberville Parish sheriff’s deputy is shot and killed, and another is fighting for his life. Andrew Greenstein reports.

Deputies announce the arrest of two people who allegedly broke into the home of Saints star Cam Jordan’s when the Black and Gold were playing a game at San Francisco on September 14th. Jefferson Parish Sheriff officials say several high-dollar items were stolen, but two suspects were arrested in Georgia and the search is on for two more.
State Police release new video of last December’s fatal crash in Lafourche that provides more evidence to support charges against former LSU receiver Kyren Lacy . Late last week, Lacy’s lawyer pointed to close-up video that shows Lacy well behind the deadly head-on crash. Now, LSP has released a wide-angle shot of the incident that clearly shows Lacy driving at a high rate of speed, passing vehicles on the narrow two-lane L-A Highway 20 in a no-passing zone. A northbound Kia Cadenza swerved into the southbound lane to avoid Lacy’s Dodge Charger and collided head-on with a Kia Sorento, killing 78-year-old Herman Hall. In the video, a State Trooper interviews the female driver of the Kia Cadenza.
Lacy took his own life days before a grand jury was to consider the charges filed against him.
