Deputies in Tangipahoa Parish says no charges are planned for a Hammond mom who shot and killed a masked man breaking into her home over the weekend. The woman says she acted to protect her two kids. 51-year-old Robert Rheams was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives say she was exercising her rights under Castle Doctrine.
