Amid some talk that Shreveport Mardi Gras krewes might move their parades to Bossier City next year, the Mayor of Bossier has come forward with official word on that, and the word is “no”. Mayor Tommy Chandler says taking on the parades is “not in the best interest of the citizens of Bossier City.”
Authorities are searching for 19-year-old Jatavious Carroll of Delhi as he’s the suspect in the fatal shooting that occurred on Grambling State’s campus early Wednesday morning. State Police Master Trooper Michael Reichardt says Carroll also known as “Rabbit” shot two teenagers at an unsanctioned party…:
