Acting on a tip, Narcotics detectives and SWAT officers captured the last of the three inmates that escaped the St. Landry Parish Jail earlier this month. Major Mark LeBlanc says 24-year-old Keith Eli was found hiding in a structure behind a residence. Authorities are investigating how the happened.
