Baton Rouge Police have made an arrest in the murder of civil activist Saide Roberts-Joseph. The 75-year-old was found dead in her trunk on Friday. The U-S Army Corps of Engineers said last month that it was there hope they would be able to begin to close the Bonnet Carre Spillway in St. Charles Parish this month. But Corps of Engineers spokesperson Ricky Boyett says Hurricane Barry has changed those plans…
