Louisianans can purchase a wreath now to be placed on a veteran’s grave in December at one of the state’s five veteran cemeteries. Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs spokesperson Brandee Patrick says they are partnering with Wreaths Across America and getting an early start this year…
