The state’s trigger laws that bans abortions have once again been blocked. Baton Rouge Judge Don Johnson issued a temporary restraining order, which means abortions can resume for now. Judge Johnson will hold a hearing for Monday to determine if he should grant a preliminary injunction until a trial can be held on the constitutionality of the trigger laws.
