Radio talk show host Moon Griffon is planning a Senate Republican Primary debate on his statewide show on April 28th.  Incumbent Bill Cassidy’s main challengers, John Fleming and Julia Letlow have committed, but Cassidy says he prefers a televised debate. Griffon believes his radio show provides a forum for the three candidates to discuss the issues…

ICE agents have been deployed to Louis Armstrong Airport to alleviate the long lines to get through security, because of the TSA worker shortage. Kevin Dolliole, the director of aviation at the New Orleans airport, says while the lack of TSA agents in theory would only affect operations at the checkpoints, it could also affect the on-time performance of flights – and that could have a ripple effect across the country.
