Only one escapee from last week’s twin jailbreaks in South Louisiana remains on the loose – 24-year-old Keith Eli, who escaped with two others from the St. Landry Parish Jail. Major Mark LeBlanc with the sheriff’s office says deputies captured 24-year-old Johnathan Joseph Friday after tips and information led detectives to a home in Opelousas.
