With this new law drivers involved in any crash that results in serious injury will be drug tests as soon as possible.
Louisiana’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate last June was four-point-three percent, a point-seven-percent decline from the previous June. According to the governor’s office, that’s the largest such drop for any state and Louisiana’s unemployment rate is the lowest it has been since January 2008.
