The Phillies are reportedly close to signing former LSU ace pitcher Aaron Nola to a four-year, 45-million dollar contract extension. The 25-year-old Baton Rouge native went 17-and-6 last season with a 2.37 ERA and finished third in the National League in the Cy Young voting.
