Authorities in Livingston Parish say an undercover online child pornography sting has led to the arrest of a Denham Springs couple on 250 counts of crimes against nature and several drug charges. The suspects are 56-year-old Minton Morris and 52-year-old Nina Morris. It’s reported that investigators found evidence of bestiality during a raid on the Morris’ home. Bond is set at $12 million dollars.

Former state Senator and convicted felon Derrik Shepherd has been disqualified from the October 24th election. Under a consitutional amendment in Louisiana, you can’t seek public office if you’ve been convicted of a felony.
