A lawsuit has been filed in federal court against leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement claiming they had a role in sparking a deadly ambush on police officers in Baton Rouge last July. The suit alleges that their nightly protests following the shooting death of Alton Sterling incited violence against law enforcement.
