Meanwhile the initial investigative report in Gruver’s case has been released by LSU-PD. It states that the 18-year-old had been found unresponsive at the at the Phi Delta Theta house “after a night of drinking.” It also says that Gruver was driven to a hospital in a private vehicle where he was pronounced dead on September 13th. The coroner previously said it would be some weeks before tests came back showing how much alcohol Gruver had in his system.
