President Obama announces a plan to offer any American two years of community college for free to help train the US workforce. The program is expected to cost around $60 billion over 10 years, and Monty Sullivan who heads the Louisiana Community and Technical College System says that’s a lot of money but people shouldn’t look at it that way…:
