Horton told 710 KEEL in Shreveport that Peterson apologized later, but says the ordeal was embarrassing and shameful….

House Republicans say Peterson should lose her chairmanship of a Senate committee for cursing at another legislator.

The Livingston Parish man accused of killing a massage therapist says he killed the Baton Rouge woman after she tried to steal his wallet. That’s according to the police report released today. Christopher Landry, who allegedly murder of Kayla Denham, says he paid 140-dollars for a massage and a sexual favor. Sheriff Jason Ard says the evidence they collected, doesn’t match what Landry said.
