State Police say a stolen vehicle caused an 18-wheeler to overturn on Interstate 10 in Baton Rouge today, which has caused traffic tie-ups since this morning. The stolen vehicle is a red Ford Fusion and it has been taken to the State Police crime lab. The person driving that vehicle fled on foot after the wreck and the search for the thief is ongoing.
