A five year old child was killed in a single vehicle accident in Ascension Parish.  State Police say the driver 27-year-old Kayla Taylor of Donaldsonville, ran off the roadway, striking a culvert and overturning the vehicle.  Ma’Laysha Leblanc was unrestrained and got serious injuries.  She was transported to a hospital where she later died.    Taylor also sustained serious injuries.  Troopers are still trying to figure out why both the driver and childs were unrestrained.
