A jury in Rapides Parish found 17-year-old Donasty Cohen guilty of manslaughter in the death of her baby. The coroner ruled 27-day-old Ashtyn’s death a homicide due to blunt force trauma to his body and head. D.A. Phillip Terrell says both parents were 16-years-old when the crime happened in 2015.
