A defense attorney for 28-year-old Cardell Hayes says there may have been a second gun recovered at the scene where former Saints star Will Smith was fatally shot on Saturday night. Hayes has been charged with second-degree murder. NOPD Chief Michael Harrison has only said one gun was found.
