One of the two ex Marksville City Marshal’s accused in the shooting death of a six-year-old boy following a police pursuit has pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and malfeasance in office. Norris Greenhouse Junior is expected to receive a seven and half year prison sentence on Wednesday. Early voting begins tomorrow for the October 14th election. There are three consitutional amendments on the ballot, plus a special election for state treasurer and a Public Service Commission seat in south Louisiana. New Orleans voters are also voting for a new mayor.
