Visitation is scheduled for Friday at Elwood Baptist Church in Forest Hill for former Congressman and Public Service Commission Member Clyde Holloway, who passed away on Monday at the age of 72. His funeral service will take place Saturday. Governor John Bel Edwards says he’ll appoint a person to fill out the remainder of Holloway’s term on the PSC.
