Officials in Sabine Parish say a 19-month-old boy died of apparent asphyxiation over the weekend after he got his head stuck in a car window while his mom was driving. The Vermillion Parish Sheriff’s office says two people were killed and a juvenile is in the hospital following a 4-wheeler accident.
