The shooter, who is dead, has been identified as 66-year-old James Hodgkinson of Illinois.

Cops in Westwego say two men are under arrest amid allegations they killed their friend with wrestling moves while they were all drunk. 45-year-old Steven Knight died from blunt force trauma.

State Police say a Baton Rouge Police officer shot and killed a passenger who allegedly got out of a vehicle during a traffic stop with a gun. Trooper Bryan Lee says troopers are gathering witness statements, and the investigation is ongoing…:
