A 15-year-old boy faces a negligent homicide charge in the death of his 14-year-old sister in Jefferson Parish. The sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened around 12:35 a.m. Friday where the grandmother of the victim told investigators her 15-year-old grandson ran into her room in a panic, saying he had accidentally shot his sister.
