It’s cold outside and according to a new study, despite the myth indicating otherwise, we are at greater risk of getting sick. The AP is reporting House Speaker Chuck Kleckley says he’s heard Governor Bobby Jindal is planning to cut higher ed up to $370 million dollars in the budget which starts July 1. Kleckley says he will fight the proposed cuts he feels would devastate Louisiana’s colleges.
