Hurricane Danny is the first hurricane of this year’s Atlantic Hurricane Season. Activists are now offering more reward money for information leading to an arrest in the case of a cat cut in half and left on display on a Covington golf course. They say anyone who comes forward with information about who did this to the cat will get a $1700 reward. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office has formed an animal abuse task force to try and solve the crime.
