Dardenne says they’ve already heard from their partner hospitals, who are planning to exit out of contracts with the state to provide care for the poor and uninsured.

East Baton Rouge Sheriff Sid Gautreaux says a man and a woman have been arrested and charged in connection with Lawton’s death.
