Over 260 dolphins have been stranded since February 1st in the Northern Gulf of Mexico, which has prompted NOAA Fisheries to declare an Unusual Mortality Event. NOAA Fisheries Coordinator Dr. Terri Rowles (Rolls) on what to do if you come into contact with any stranded mammals.
