There was a fatal U-T-V wreck in Natchitoches Parish on Sunday. State Police say a 16-year-old was driving the side-by-side, when the juvenile driver lost control. Trooper Scott Moreau says the vehicle began to overturn and the driver and his 40-year-old passenger were ejected. He says Amanda Preble of Ball died from her injuries, while the driver sustained minor injuries. The trooper says it’s illegal to operate A-T-Vs or side-by-sides on a public roadway…
