State Police officials are telling Lafayette TV stations they have found the body of a missing deaf and mute Ville Platte woman. Search teams found the body of Jody Thomas along I-49 between Sunset and Opelousas. Phillip Dewoody has already been arrested for the disappearance of Thomas.
