There’s been a major change in the scope of the prosecution of three students who were allegedly involved in Max Gruver’s hazing death last year. Sean-Paul Gott and Ryan Isto plead no contest to misdemeanor hazing, while Patrick Forde agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, and will have his case decided later. 20-year-old Matthew Naquin still faces negligent homicide charges.
