A 7-year-old who shot his aunt twice for not feeding him will not face charges, according to Webster Parish authorities. Emelie Gunn has more.:

Today Governor John Bel Edwards is meeting with FEMA Administrator Brock Long in Louisiana to discuss the state’s ongoing recovery from the 2016 floods. Forecasters says there’s an excellent chance the remnants of Tropical Storm Harvey will reform in the Gulf of Mexico and head towards the Texas coast this week. State Climatologist Barry Keim says the disturbance fizzled out last week in the Caribbean, but should re-generate in the western Gulf.:
