Construction is getting underway on the fifth campus in the River Parish Community College system – this one in Donaldsonville, in Ascension Parish. Chancellor Quintin Taylor says for the first three to four years after it opens in 2028, the campus will be used specifically to train workers for the new Hyundai Steel mill, until it fills all 13-hundred jobs.
