Investigators with the State Police Special Victims Unit want to know why a ten-year-old Webster Parish girl disappeared from her home twice within a one-month span. The United Cajun Navy is in Florida, helping in the recovery following the devastation of Hurricane Milton. Brian Trascher with the United Cajun Navy says the teams will remain in Florida as long as necessary.

Milton tore through the I-4 corridor of central Florida, connecting Tampa and Orlando, maintaining hurricane strength as it traveled east across the peninsula. The winds tore the roof off Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, which was being used as a staging area for first responders.
