Tropical Depression Three has formed way out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center says it could form into Tropical Storm Bret by the end of the day and strengthen into a hurricane as it moves toward the Caribbean. It’s NOT an immediate threat to the Gulf of Mexico.
