Former LSU standout Alex Bregman came up one dinger short in defeating Chicago Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber in last night’s Major League Baseball Home run derby. Bregman was defeated in the first round, Schwarber ended up losing in the championship round to Bryce Harper, who made a furious rally to win it all in front of his home fans. Tonight is the Major League Baseball All-Star game in DC. Former LSU stars Bregman and Aaron Nola will play in that game.
