The shooting happened last Thursday afternoon at a busy intersection of Terrytown. Normand says they interviewed 160 people as part of their investigation.

And Testimony is underway in an Orleans Parish courtroom where Cardale Hayes faces life in prison if convicted of a second-degree murder in the death of former Saints star Will Smith. Hayes attorneys are calling Smith the aggressor in the argument last April that followed a traffic crash.
