One of the highlights of the weekend was the performance by former St. Thomas More star football player Jack Bech in the Senior Bowl. Mikaylah Williams had 22 points and Flau’Jae Johnson had 20 points as the LSU women’s basketball team easily defeated Mississippi State 81 to 67. Johnson hit a season high with four three-pointers. The Lady Tigers have moved up to number six in the latest AP Top 25 poll and LSU is at Missouri on Thursday, 19th ranked Tennessee on Super Bowl Sunday.
