The LSU Tigers are up to number seven in the latest AP poll after their unbelievable overtime win over Alabama. After LSU lost to Florida State in the season opener, many thought this would be a tough transitional season for the Tigers. But QB Jayden Daniels kept the faith

Tonight the New Orleans Saints host the Baltimore Ravens. A win for the Black and Gold and they’ll be tied for first place in the NFC South with a four and five record.

The Pelicans are also in action tonight as they visit the Indiana Pacers. New Orleans is coming off an overtime loss in Atlanta. The Pels are now 0-3 in overtime games, 5-and-4 overall. The Pacers are 4-and-5.

The Ragin Cajuns suffered a gut-punching defeat at the hands of the Troy Trojans on Saturday as Troy scored 16 points in the fourth quarter to beat U-L Lafayette 23-17. Coach Michael Desomeaux’s team falls to 4-and-5 on the season…

What a come back by ULM on Saturday! The Warhawks rallied from 21-point deficit in the first quarter to beat Texas State 31-30. Chandler Rogers threw for 310 yards and Tyrone Howell caught 12 passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns. ULM is now 3-and-6 and will visit Georgia State this Saturday.

A new college basketball season tips off today. ULM is at Texas A-and-M, the Cajuns host Centenary and Louisiana Tech hosts Mississippi College.
