There are other in-state matchups on the schedule for tomorrow. ULM hosts Nicholls and Grambling and Northwestern State will face each other in Shreveport. Louisiana Tech has its season opener against Stephen F Austin, while the Ragin Cajuns look to extend the nation’s best winning streak to 15 games. A couple of other games of note, McNeese is at Rice and Southeastern Louisiana visits Florida Atlantic.

The Saints have reportedly reached a five year contract extension with center Erik McCoy. McCoy could make up to 64-million dollars in the deal and 40 million dollars is guaranteed. McCoy was a second round pick in 2019 and has played in 44 games in his first three seasons.
