The LSU men’s basketball team ended a two-game losing streak last night with an 82-78 win over Missouri. Darius Days had 20 points and 10 rebounds as he scored seven points in the final five minutes. LSU is now 9-2 in the SEC. Six of their league wins have been by four points or less.

Zion Williamson exploded for 31 points in 28 minutes last night as New Orleans defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 138 to 117. J-J Redick had 20 points, Josh Hart added 17 for the Pels, who have won three in a row.

The Associated Press continues to examine the Saints deep ties with the Catholic Church. The A-P has learned that the Bensons’ foundation has given at least 62-million dollars to the Archdioces of New Orleans and other Catholic causes over the past dozen years. Attorneys for about two dozen men accuse the NFL franchise of of trying to conceal the names of certain clery accused of sexual abuse. In a statement, Saints Owner Gayle Benson denies those claims.
