A Port Barre High School substitute teacher is under arrest for allegedly having sex with one of the school’s tenth graders. 25-year-old Constance Robertson of Washington was booked on Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Authorties say the incident occurred in one of the building’s classrooms on a pep rally day, and the 16 year-old student allegedly has video of the encounter. The teacher says she thought the student was 18.
