Caldwell says they filed a temporary restraining order to keep the Ebola waste out of Louisiana, but it might not be needed. Chemical Waste Management in Lake Charles says it has no plans to accept the ash from the Ebola patient.

Three people were killed in a crash with a train in White Castle early Sunday morning. 37-year-old Clifton Davis, 33-year-old Andrea Foster, and 25-year-old Courtney Canada were killed when the car they were in was hit by a freight train. White Castle Police are investigating the incident and say it is possible the victims were trying to beat the train or simply disregarded the signals.
