The Baton Rouge Police Department is looking for a man who allegedly fatally stabbed another man with a beer bottle. They say a second degree murder arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect, 59-year-old Elvis Graham, who is also known as Dog Man. According to cops, Graham struck Vinell Eisley over the head and then stabbed him with a beer bottle after a verbal argument.
