After last month’s fatal massive pile-up on I-55 in southeast Louisiana the Cueria Law Firm in New Orleans decided to use data from the Center for Analytics and Research in Transportation Safety to find out which parishes have the highest rate of fatal crashes when you compare them to overall crashes. The top three parishes are Caldwell, Winn, and St. Helena.
