The festival which began in the 90s, for the first time is being held downtown, and organizer Shelia Hoh (Hoe) there’s plenty of music to suit anyone’s taste.
Along with American bluegrass music that was created by early immigrants from Scotland and Ireland.
The festival gets underway at 10 AM and the final bagpipe will play at 6 PM.
