New Orleans Police say 21-year-old Kentrell Baham faces a second-degree murder charge after fatally shooting a Walmart employee last night inside the store. A second victim was shot in the foot. NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson did not provide a motive on what led to the shooting.
